Manager/Director of Resource Development and Reservoir Engineering

Description: The Manager/Director of Resource Development and Reservoir Engineering is responsible for managing a team of reservoir engineers and reservoir engineering technicians working on the CNOW (Central Northern Oklahoma Woodford) play. This is a key position on the CNOW leadership team and will work seamlessly with other disciplines to generate optimum economic asset development plans. This position is responsible for synthesizing the technical and financial information from Geoscience, Reservoir, Operations, Completions, Marketing and Finance into a comprehensive development drilling program. This position is responsible for initiating and directing major engineering studies as well as subsurface data gathering/analysis, rate forecasting, reserve estimates, economic evaluations and competitor analysis. Description: The Tax Manager oversees a team handling specialty tax areas, responsible for the provision of sound professional advice to management on all tax matters within the relevant discipline. He or she is a technical expert in tax codes with a deep understanding of company tax and tax law and their application to the organization's business.
